The Raisin Cake Orchestra is a jazz ensemble based in Jacksonville, Florida that specializes in grooving renditions of classic jazz from the Dixieland, Prohibition, and Swing Eras which combine the sounds and rhythms of traditional and New Orleans jazz with those of hard bop, funk, soul, and R & B.
