The Raisin Cake Orchestra is a jazz ensemble based in Jacksonville, Florida that specializes in grooving renditions of classic and contemporary jazz which combine the sounds and rhythms of traditional and New Orleans jazz with those of hard bop, funk, soul, and R & B to evoke the flavors of music from around the Deep South.
